Our standard shipping time is 4-5 working days.
After your order is shipped, a tracking code will be sent to you via SMS & Email along with the courier's name. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received the email confirmation for your order from us. You can track its status on the courier's website. You can also reach out to us via Email, Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp to ask about the status of your order.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment with Debit & Credit Cards from Visa and Mastercard. We will send you an invoice in PDF format when you place the order.
We offer returns and exchanges on all items within a 3-day period after the item has been delivered, provided the product is unused and not part of any promotion or discount sale. The items should have all original packing and tags intact. Customized articles will not be refunded or exchanged in any case
You may cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it or any time before the order is processed. To cancel, please inform our Support service via Call/WhatsApp/Email/Instagram/Facebook before dispatch. RYSE may cancel orders for any reason, such as out-of-stock items, incorrect information, incomplete details, or missing online payment slip (for online payments)
We have size charts available for all products on our website. Generally, our sizes run true to size. Oversized items are clearly specified. All size charts are displayed in inches under each product.
Currently, we offer delivery **within Pakistan only**.
We recommend following our social media accounts for updates regarding restocks. We strive to restock items as quickly as possible.
Any item that is accidentally or incorrectly returned to us (and is not a RYSE product) will remain the responsibility of the sender. We'll always try to help, but we cannot guarantee any action.
