Exchange Policy
To request an exchange, customers must send the item to the RYSE Shipping Center in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Once the exchange is approved and processed, a Rs. 500 delivery fee will be charged for shipping the replacement item to the customer. This fee does not apply to defective or incorrect items.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately upon receiving your parcel. Once approved, the item should be sent to the RYSE Shipping Center for inspection and exchange processing. No delivery fee will be charged for the replacement of defective or incorrect items.
Exchange Notes

A maximum of 2 exchanges per order is allowed (excluding sale orders).

For sale items, only 1 exchange is permitted, and sale items may only be exchanged for other sale items.

No refund or credit will be provided for any price difference when exchanging for a sale item.
Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the parcel's delivery date.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund, the item must be sent to the RYSE Shipping Center for verification and processing.
- Contact customer services (details above) to initiate a refund.
- After approval, you will receive a confirmation message.

- Refunds may take up to 3 days after we receive the returned items. Exclusion of Liability: RYSE is not liable for exchange or refund in these cases:
- Products damaged due to use, fragrance, or washing.
- Change of mind or failure to check product specifications before purchase.
- Minor colour variations due to display or lighting differences.
- Items on SALE (non-refundable).
- Underwear and socks (hygiene).
- Returned parcels are the customer's responsibility until received by us.
